yahoooo, I havent been able to spend a bunch of time on it but here is some progress :icon_bigg

there are 9 pieces in that critter.
the end is made where it presses into the stock gasket

the first one you had looked like it restricted the flow. the new one looks more practical. did you make it?

What is that black box under the tank? It says "ovate" or that is all that i can see of it.

Innovate Wideband controller brain. thats what runs to the digi readout for the air fuel ratio display on the bars and gets its info from a sensor I installed in the down pipe. That and reading the plugs is how I am able to tune it and not pop it.:icon_smil :nod:
