sorry but we just got the 65 and are new to minis. what does anybody recommend using for oil in the crank case? and what do you suggest on gas mixture. again sorry we are new to this so sorry if these are simple answers

If I remember correct, I am running 32:1 mixture. Not sure on the case oil, but I need to change mine also, so would also like some input.

I used tranny fluid in my banshee. It lets the clutches bite better and still keeps it nice and lubed, just need to change it more often than oil. Motul tans oil is a good quality oil, they also make a 2-stroke formula.

get with KTM racer, he's a 2 stroke goddes :keke: i too run 32.1 on mix and use Bel ray gear saver oils.

Here is what Kawi Recomends:

Kawasaki motor oil (10w40 for here is probably best for the area)
Transmission Oil SE Class SAE 10W30 or 10W40
— Capacity 0.5 L

A lot of our customers really like the Amsoil motor Oil. It's a little pricey but when the bike only holds about half a quart, it's really not that bad.

He owns Sportcycles Houston. He is by far the best 2 stroke guy in the gulf area. He's not much to look at, and has a huge belly, but he builds the fastest minis in town.
