There are 3 hoses that connect to my 97 F3's fuel tank (Non-California Emissions): Main fuel line (to Petcock), drain hose (routes to side of engine next to coolant overflow hose), and the breather hose. Can anyone tell me if the breather hose is supposed to connect to something? On CA emmissions it connects to the charcoal canister. Currently it's just hanging there and I'm constantly smelling gasoline. Thx
