First off, very nice bike and definately a keeper knowing it was your pops, He will be smiling down on ya when your riding his scoot. awesome.

We will do the frame for $225-250, depending on condition and how much work I have to do to strip it down to bare metal.
swingarm 40-50 range.
engine cases depends on which ones, yank em off and I'll make it happen for ya.

Question...are MC frames sandblasted for prep or just "striped"? Do you do the blasting in house?

yes, they are blasted totally clean, then prepped via hand wiping with smoother grit and wiped with solvent and then to me for coating, and yes, all done in house.
