Riding starts at 9am sharp. Please plan to be at the track no later than 6:30 am, to allow for check in, bike prep, track drive and riders' meeting.

As always, food and drink will be provided the night before, as well as lunch on the date of the event.

It is important to know that we highly encourage all of you to register online. Those who drive to the track without registering will run the risk of not being able to ride. There is still space, although I am told there is a steady stream of sign ups. It is the perfect track to get those cobwebs out of your bike, and to get nicely eased into the season.

As always, we greatly appreciate your help and loyalty.
With our great instructors, you are sure to gain plenty of valuable skills, and have a safe and fun time at the event.

I signed up for level 4 b/c I didn't want to ride level 2 and level 3 was Ty Howards race school. Did I do that right if I'm looking to be in the advanced group? (It said something about licensed racers?)

I took the Ty Howard school at Cresson. I learned alot, trail braking specifically. Still working on it, but man it's awesome. At this point I think I am scrubbing off too much speed cuz I am having to get back on the gas b4 apex, and if I understood him correctly, we should be braking all the way to teh apex, then on the gas. woo hooo!

Maxgs and Cdill35 are correct.
Levels 3 and 4 are the advanced groups, but one does not have to be a holder of a race license to run in them. They are for people who have advanced skills in riding a motorcycle on the track (comfortable running in a group, close quarters and won't panic when passed close up). They have fast lap times.

Every time I think of giving those deuche bags another chance, they consistently disappoint. So whenever possible, I avoid them like the plague.
Once they were to deliver a package to me (and I knew it was out for delivery from trackikng #), I saw the truck passing my house like 3 times, each time slowing down to check numbers, but the guy never actually stopped (I was outside), just rolloed by and left. 2 minutes later I check and they change the delivery saying couldn't find address. Things like this is what makes them a service I will not use if that can be arranged.

The weather forecast shows high 60s for temperature and mostly sunny.
If this keeps up, this will be one nice event to start the season with.

I do not know the exact figures but there is still some space in all levels.

We have already seen many spaces selected throughout the season. The weather forecast shows high 60s for temperature and mostly sunny.
If this keeps up, this will be one nice event to start the season with.

I do not know the exact figures but there is still some space in all levels.

bring them to the track. i still have some hose in my toolbox from when i did my braided lines a couple weeks ago. put fresh fluid in davec's 650R dirtbike and it was as brown as some motor oil with 30k miles on it.:keke: just be sure and get some synthetic DOT4.

I managed 6 sessions with no mishaps...one pucker moment when I "chirped" the front tire while mid turn (and being passed from the outside), almost tucked her, but managed to save it. My son was on the black SV650. He sprained his ankle yesterday and was having a hard time shifting and hit false neutral a few times but did manage to lay down a couple of 1:08s.
