dude i haven't went fishing in forever, i definetly have to go sometime soon. where are some good spots? i use to go to the piers on the seawall but yeah...

I orefer bay or surf. Not into the peir thing. We might be hitting san luis pass or freeport monday for some surf fishing

All your gonna catch in the surf this time of year are whiting, bull reds, drum, rays, etc. Im in duck hunting mode at least for the next few wks. If the weather allows it I get some cast & blast action in. But usually duck hunting weather aint fishing weather. Ill still grind it out though. Lately its been REALLY slow (fishing, ducks have been decent). But then again, I stick to the bays and fish strictly artificials so...

IDK havent heard much good around the Xmas area thats my water too. My buddy's dad goes out 3-4 times a wk and he's been doing good under the pass. But thats with live shrimp I dont fux wit dat

Hey justed move into San Leon area and been fishing off the park there and under texas city bridge off 146, with live and plastic..nothing! A few said was because the cold weather lately..what plastics works for you?

I caught 2 large mouth bass this weekend within 20 minutes of getting my line wet....I was excited, then someone mentioned skeet shooting, that sounded like more fun so I reeled in the line. lol

i love SLP! My friends and i, and the G/F and kids go down there all the time over the summer. Mainly to catch sharks. its a friggin blast!
