View Full Version : Wanna get paid to ride?
I am currently looking for a few individuals with 4x4 ATV experience for contract work starting Dec 1.
The temporary contract will be for approximately 2-3 weeks, pays $12.00 an hour, (we will be working 12 hour days) and you must have an "M" endorsement on your TDL, legal to work in the US and your own gear. MSF completion would be an additional plus.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Druggies, drunks, squids and inexperienced wannabes need not apply.
You should be member in good standing here on the board with good references available. References will be checked. Veterans will be given first preference.
This will be a high profile operation and you will be working with an elite team of professionals that are the best in their fields. If you're inked you will need to wear long sleeves, professional appearance is a must.
Times are hard and I'm wanting to help a few MH riders make some decent coin for a short gig. If you work well under pressure, can take orders and want to take part in something important, this could be your chance.
This contract job requires working in a stressful and potentially hazardous environment. Please don't waste my time or yours.
PM me with your qualifications, previous work experience, riding experience and contact info.

what kind of contract work?
what kind of contract work?
Generally, the riders will be hired to ride 4x4 ATV's in a designated area doing a grid search. Sometimes they will run errands, bring supplies to and from a base camp, and other duties that might be necessary to assist the other team members as needed.
If you need more info send me a PM

Not Equusearch, but you're in the ballpark. I can't really disclose more than that. If you have questions please PM.
Thanks,

i think it's the real world.
?, why do you need an M to ride 4x4's, they're not street legal.

I disagree, but whatever.
Ive tattooed Lawyers, Judges, Astronauts...a SLEW of Grade School teachers, quite a few doctors and CEO's.
Its cool though. It wont be long before that line of thinking dissapears.

Only one doctor with a full sleeve, but more than a fair share of them with ink below the short sleeve line. (Forearms, wrist, elbow, etc..)
As I said, it will take time, but that line of thinking will dissaper

It's 2008, welcome to the real world my friend. If you go to work for someone that doesn't really care about who works for them, then obviously you're not working for me.
Anywhere you go there are standards, either some that are set by someone that is going to sign your check or someone that just doesn't give a rat's ass to have them. By no means does that make someone a better person, I suppose you and I have a difference of opinion regarding this matter.

Someone that has an "M" endorsement has proven the ability to obtain a MC license in the State of Texas. If it's good enough for the State of Texas, the standards are good and fine in my book.

i'm curious on this as well
I'm paying $20 an hour and $30 after 40 hours based on a 12 hour day, 7 days a week, or as many hours as they feel comfortable working.
There are people making more than 2K a week in times where cash like that is hard to come by. When this month is over there are individuals making almost 8k, and I can assure you that there are plenty of people (and a few MH board members) that are happy with the work and think that the work isn't bad for that kinda coin.
I'm doing my best to get as many people to work as I can. I like what I do and I'm very happy to have the help of MH board members too.
