It's a sad day in college football when one of it's top 3 coaches is shown the door.:angry7: A coach with a .725 win average.......

I can't imagine Tennessee Football without him.

Then again........I can't imagine Tennessee not winning some serious fvkin games.:-/

Lets hope this turns out to be a bitter sweet goodbye. I'm praying they pull someone in who can turn the program around and start knocking the sh1t out of Florida, Alabama and Georgia.......like back in the good ole days.:er:

Same thing happened when the Aggies lost R.C. Slocum. He had a winning program but when you start going downhill and the Alumni start screaming about pulling their money out of programs, well then the school has no reason to keep you around.

Winning is what fills the seats and brings in money for the schools. I seriously doubt that Tennessee was going to have a problem with filling the stadium. It was just his time to move on even though he has a great wins column.

Maybe another school will come calling and he'll take control and beat the hell out of Tennessee every year........:thumb:

Honestly, I could care less where he goes or what he does. I'm worried about our football program playing musical chairs with the head coaching position.:angry7:

Our A.D. better pick the right guy. He did a good job picking our basketball coach, who has turned that program into a national title hopefull. We shall see who he gets.....there are a few good names out there, the only question is if they'll leave their current jobs and come jump start our program.:-/

True,

The AD should be the one that gets the boot

Well, he should only get the boot if he brings in someone that is totally not right for the job.

Tennessee fans are fvkn brutal, so if the new coach doesn't turn things around REAL quick.......both him and the AD will be packing their bags.:er:

Didn't UT play for the SEC title just last year? Good luck beating Florida anytime soon. LOL!! GO GATORS!!

:gesture:

Don't think that the Gators are going to continue to be recruiting giants. With Alabama back on the rise.....and Georgia staying consistantly competative......it's going to be hard for Florida to continue to dominate recruiting in the south. Eventually you guys will be forced to recruit more nationally......like we're being forced to.:er:

It won't take long for Tennessee to get back into shape.

Yep, Fulmer has coached there his entire collegiate life. He is an awesome coach and will surely find a home somewhere else...hopefully in the SEC.

I've been to several games at Neeland and many people cheer for him just as the team

I seriously doubt Fulmer will go anywhere else to coach. He'll probably remain at Tennessee in some sort of Administrative position, and eventually take the AD spot.

Or he'll just retire.

And if you want to see Neyland get totally fvkin ass crazy.......tune in to watch the Kentucky game. Fulmer's last game as the head coach. It's going to be FVKIN CRAZY!!!!!

Until we're down 30 points playing Florida or Alabama. That place gets quite.....real quick.:-/

But yea.......it's probably one of the most amazing sights to be there during a game.

My brother was there last year when we stomped Georgia.......:angry7: I'll never forgive him for that. Lucky S.O.B.
