The problem is that these questions don't even remotely apply to my situation.
This is a 1989 Yamaha OWO1 racebike.
It has no VIN
It is a "parts book" bike, built from the ground up with Yamaha factory kit race parts.
It is NOT street legal
It will not be ridden on the street
It will appear in vintage motorcycle events, only.
It will be ridden (non competitively) on certain tracks for vintage events, only.
It is an appreciating asset that can be enjoyed at vintage events, only.
My biggest concern is fire and theft. It is valued at @ $25,000.
