I have seen people do it, but it is not the most popular choice for a motard. With that said though, it is all about what you want to do with it. There is not really a class to race them in in TMGP or CMRA.

I am sure a 125 tard would be a blast though, my 85 is a handfull! All in what you want to use it for.

Yo did you fall on your head at the track lately? You have a drz400sm. Look at it and now look at the 125. You get the picture. Besides you may have a time passing emissions tests with all that blue smoke. Sounds fun but lots of hassles to deal with. TJ.

tap into the stator. you may need to purchase a higher wattage stator. Also, moose makes external stators. From there the headlights are easy. Brake light is wired from a pressure switch. i do not think that turn signals are required.

It's very simple. I have all the wiring and stuff for my 426, but I never did install it, because i knew i'd goto jail with the supermoto setup on that bike.

consult thumpertalk.com, as I'm sure someone has done it with pics.

I did my KTM200. It was easy. Filled out and had one form notarized showing the changes I made to make it street legal and I was off and running, blue smoke and all.

would the aggressive powerband on a two-stroke 125 cause a traction problem on cement?

a heavier flywheel would help tone it down a bit

I was going to put it on my 250f, but I never took them out of the box.

hotnanas

not for this set of wheels. this set doesn't use that universal carrier. These you mount up your sprocket and rotor directly to the hub itself. These are lighter than that other set.

they are basically these

with a lighter talon hub.

i would not recomend getting the hubs that have universal carriers, or at least if you plan on racing, a few people i know said the carrier that bolts to the hub gets loose over time from hard riding and then the wobble around from being worn out, i had a set and the guy i sold them to had that problem after a few months
