:banghead: I went to buy a new pair of gloves this morning and got confused. The Alpines I have now they stop making. I want full leather gloves, but having a hard time finding a comfortable pair that I feel protects my hands, I need all 10 fingers.
Before I order a pair does anybody in the Pearland-Friendswood area have a pair of gauntlets I can borrow for a few days to see how I like them before dropping a bill on them. I know they are not good for warm weather riding but i ride year round so it will be nice to have for the colder months and night riding.
Thanks.:hello:

I have these and think they're pretty good, the cuff isn't as short as the shorties and not as long as the guantlets and got em @ stubbs for $30 I think

I have an extra pair, I'll check what size when I get home. My guess is they are a Large? They are a couple years old though, so you probably won't be able to find the same model.

about a hour with no traffic and on the bike to Richmond.
There was someone that wanted to use my bags for a road trip that lived up close to you. if I can find him I might get them. Just hate to waste $100 if I do not like them.

I suggest Cycle Gear also. the full gauntlet Frank Thomas are REALLY comfortable, full leather, lots of adjustments and I THINK have carbon fiber in some places if I remember correct. They run $129. I'll be picking up a pair when it turns a little colder.
