View Full Version : angel eyes
I was cruisin another forum, and came across a DIY angel eyes (http://www.geocities.com/jvxdriver/eagle_eyes.htm) tutorial. I figured I'd post it here for those who may be interested. Seems pretty simple to do, earn a bunch of poser points with em :icon_thum

It's not hard just time consuming and you have to be careful not to melt the headlight assy.

you can buy them ready made off of highbimmin.com or you can send in your lights and they'll do everything

Sweet! is anyone doing this to their bikes?
I make scale architectural models, and this gives me some really great ideas on how to get my models to light up. NO MORE FIRES! W00T!

Not sure about other's experiences, but I had mine done on my R6 a while back via highbimmin and it was painless and looked SICK!! It had a switch to turn it from blue to red and vice versa.

damn that's awesome lookin!
anyone willing to drive out to my house and do it for me? lol
i wonder how much those things affect the actualy lighting tho. i'm sure it has to make some drastic difference, anyone care to retort?
I doubt they make any difference, it's more for show. They probably wont be too noticeable once the headlights are on.

This guy in my building wants to make them for his truck. I don't know when we are going to do it but I'll take pix if we ever do.
This picture reminds me of a cartoon, Gad Gaurd. The robots eyes all looked like this.

dont know if you guys looked thru the entire site, but he made an "upgrade" to the lights. putting reflective tape on the backside to make it brighter. also, he's gonna be putting up a vid, i guess showing a step by step of how he made them.
