Charles,
Starbucks is usually hiring, they may be able to work out shift times with you.
Lawn service on a few yards you could do on the weekend or in the evening (I've got some lawn equipment I could sell you if you need it)
Some car wash places you might be able to pick up Saturday work.
Have you checked with the RR to see if they have OT available?
Pizza delivery.
Restaraunt work, from waiter to dishwasher although they typically want you to start earlier than 5:00 p.m.
Night cleaning of offices, if you can't get on with anyone you could possibly start your own gig doing that.
Paper route, although I know you used to do that. I'm not sure if you could get done early enough to get to work on time.
That's all I can think of right now, been awhile since I've worked 2 jobs, the one I have now is like working 2. (not that I mind)

eh...I used to do that and it was ok. The only problem now is that gas is expensive and the stop and go (so on and so forth) really take a toll on the car and the pocket after a while
