those are great pics.
question, I understand sticking the leg out is the way you ride a tard because that's the wway you ride a dirt bike. But as low as some of those guys are getting, wouldn't it make more since to get off the bike and drop your knee road racer style?

Its a preference...
on Mini Tards - sticking your leg out only makes sense while raining (like our Denton race earlier this year).
Majority of riders and EVERY fast rider during the dry in the TMGP rides a tard like a GP bike - knee out, not leg.
Full Size SuperMotos are different, and people prefer to slid it back it in with the leg out - alot still ride it GP style.

Has a lot to do with center of gravity. I tend to ride with my knee out but have whacked it a couple of times on curbs. Just depends on the day i guess.. I accually can ride my 250 lites bike faster through the corners than my open unlimited pictured to the left..
