Who's hiring??

My wife is currently working as a loan officer and b/c things are going so badly for the company we need to find something else for her ASAP. She is working entirely on commission right now and unless there is a huge change of pace we are going to start losing money just sending her to work :banghead: So if anyone knows of something, preferably on the SE, side let me know :D
