If your ticket says that you can take a "motorcycle safety course", then the Experienced RiderCourse (ERC) will work.
If your ticket doesn't say that, then call the court clerk and ask. Usually they will.
I'll let others chime in on whether it's worth it or not since I'm a "little" biased. :thumb:

it's definitely worth it, whether it gets you out of a ticket or not, it could save your life, and imo, that's worth whatever they want to charge me. and you get 10% off your insurance for taking a safety course!

Will it lower the insurance more?

it can depending on whether your ins. co gives discounts for MSF classes, BRC or ERC
does the course have to be taken after the violation. i just took the msf course a few months ago, think they'll go for it? or just throw me in the pokey for askin?
