Does any one know any Dearlships looking for Managers? My father has been a car estimator for 20 + years and wants to find a better postion with better pay. Please let me know if anyone knows of anyone hiring.

car busines sucks right now. Good luck. I am driving 50 miles oneway for a decent job.

Yeah, he is working at a Body Shop now and it has hardly any business...

Tell him to go to a Honda or Toyata dealership. They are the only busy ones. I lft a dealership that I had been at for a long time to come to Honda dealer. I don't care for the product so I can sell it but finance I can .

they could use anew manager at Sterling McCall Honda or whatever they are...bunch of idiots over there. Seriously. and one dude was so stinky I thought I was gonna throw up in my mouth. I had a very bad expereince with them. So any change in management would be a great improvement. Rant over. thx

We are doing just fine, but overall its slow. I'd go with Toyota, Nissan, or Honda for steady work.

never ever ever work for group1 automotive. You'll never get a raise, their logic for running their business is in the $hitter, and they have crappy benefits on top of that. oh, and the only thing they care about is raising the price of their stock so the rich people can sell it anyways. they just took $200,000 from each dealership that could've been WELL used for shop equipment etc. to increase the value of their stock. :banghead:
