That guy is a hollywood stunt man and that crash was rigged.

In the vid hes supposedly talking to an agent about an upcoming movie stunt ("tell Bruckhiemer is X amount for each take")

In fact i think the vid is called a day in the life of a hollywood stuntman or something along those lines.
