There was a thread on here that someone said yes it's covered as long as it's not a race . http://www.motohouston.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50768&highlight=insurance+trackdays

You might wanna ask your insurance agent that question. Maybe without
identifying yourself (just in case).

Let us all know what they say!:thumb:

Yep. May want a new agent. Candy is our State Farm agent and we had no problem at all after Candie wrecked at TWS. As long as it's not a sanctioned/timed event you should be covered.

This is a .......... REPOST!...lol

but yea, as long as it's NOT a RACE then it's covered. Like an MSF course, it's covered. Something that is supervised event that is NOT promoted or marketed in any way shape or form as a race. That's the Cliff note version :thumb:! .....hope that helps :eekspin:

Actually it doesn't answer the question. The intial crash IS IN FACT COVERED as long as ur policy is in force & u have collision; however, after that claim has been paid they can reserve the right 2 non-renew the policy ONLY AT UR NEXT annual RENEWAL, if it has been determined that u r racing the bike, b/c they don't wanna accept that kind of risk. That cancellation CANNOT take place until ur renewal & u have been notified properly that it will happen, so until then it's covered.

This is true through AAA I dont know if state farm is gonna do that though, AAA will cover you as long as its not a timed competition ie race but they do cover track days and they will even cover the gear your wearing and up to
30k in upgrades on your bike. I know this to be a fact.

I would call your insurance company and verify. I have heard from several people that they have changed the policy and now track days are NOT covered.

Then last week this is posted--> http://www.hayabusa.org/forums/?act=ST;f=6;t=101025
