i dont think thats a ttr90. thats a 2 stroke by the looks of the expansion chamber.

s not a ttr90 i have both. i was saying i'll have to use my ttr90 for minigp. and was just commenting on the wheel set up on the pic i found of a cr85 like mine. BUt mine don't have the wheels just a fmf fatty pipe. :crying: i just found out those are cyclone wheels. :) can't wait to get some

That bike will be allowed to race in the Unlimited Class. It'll probably stand a very good chance aswell.

You can't endurance ride it though.

that is what i will be running on my 65 some of the 4 stroke guys rn 17's all the 2 stroke guys i see run 12's

It does not matter. (atleast not starting out). Pretty much both setups are run on both bikes. Its a preference thing.

If your a small guy just doing sprints - 12s are cheaper and probably the better route.

If your a big guy and its an endurance bike - 17s are probably better, as you'll have more room, and hence will be able to ride longer stints.

One thing I will say though - on tight tracks like Katy, Denton the 12s are favored. At tracks like OHR, Cresson's 1.3 mile the 17s are better. But alot of it has to do with the extra mass your motor has to push with the 17s.

As far as action shots go - they'll look the same :keke:, the picture you posted is of a Cam Moorehead, he's a SEMRA expert & also owns M&Mz Wheels business.
