BUT they CAN powercoat them and give you a unique and BADASS look to your wheels in a whole sh*tload of colors.

Believe it or not chroming adds quite a bit of weight to wheels.

First they have to be plated with something like copper which sticks well to aluminum and then they have to be chrome plated which sticks to the copper.
All that after the mfrs tried to make the wheels light for better handling.

Besides chrome wheels is so last year.

Powdercoating is the way to go.

look through the posts started by Scootertrash, its his shop.

They can do just about any color you could want and their work is flawless.

You'll have the variety of colors to shoose from and I think you can do glossy or matte finishes (could be wrong though, not too sure)

We do rearset combos for $50. the passenger pegs and ankle guards are 30 a set, single in stock color...3 days

nothing wrong if black is the color you want them. I can color match them to your bike, or do the rear sets to match your wheels, etc etc,
