Avery isn't the problem. Dirk is soft physically and weak mentally. He didn't deserve the MVP last year, and he is not capable of leading a championship team. If they had kept Nash they would have won last year. Cuban is screwing up the team.

its cuban fault or even the GM for getting Kidd and hoping avery can change the offense before the playoffs. avery would be a great assistant coach but as a head coach i think he inherited a good team from don nelson.

It's no surprise. Welcome to America. Someone will always take the fall. You'll never see Cuban getting on tv and taking the blame. ;) Thats the American way. The owners and higher ups NEVER take responsibility. Just the way the world is.

I've thought this from the get go. He did well in the beginning b/c he had a good team! They didn't need much coaching so he just continued where Nelly left off.

Once the team changed up some and the going got tough, he realized what a tough job coaching them to win really was.
