Last saturday was such a good turn out and the cold front will be here tommorrow evening no one has an excuse to why they cannot show up. So I'm getting this one started early. Twisties saturday anywhere we decide and the time to meet will be 2pm. The roads we took last sat was a choice to me we just need to hit racer a couple more times and this time we need to do the recording that we didn't get around to. Anyone who missed it last week here is your chance!!!!

sorry if i have to be at work at 7:30am. i dont get paid to ride. which one is more important? you figure it out. as goes for this weekend, i will be out of town for Texas-OU weekend, one weekend a year. sheeesh calm down ladies. im riding tomorrow, good enough for you cry babies?
weather is getting cooler so im going to be riding with you girls during the day more often.

Back when I was your age (like 2 years ago) we used to ride 250-400 miles every ride...
...in 2ft of snow... uphill both ways. :keke:

Stop get gas and bs some more. Ride some more. Wouldnt get back into the city till like 6pm.
We need to somehow find a map of the roads up in that area. Weather is getting good again.

I will try. My bike is at suzuki getting an estimate on all the fucked up parts. I want to pick it up on friday.
My front brakes were totally gone though after the track stuff and all the hards rides ive been going on. I rode home that night with no front brakes at all.

I don't care what roads we hit just as long as they are as cool as the ones from last Saturday it will be all good. Personally I think the sweepers are good because the skillz of the different are obviously staggered and someone hitting a sweeper a little off target is a lot better than them hitting a tight ass turn off target, IMO. But like I said before I don't give a fuck where lets just do it. I am not trying to go fast than I can handle so if some other dumbass does that's on them.

Somebody, I think Zapata, had posted up a detailed map of 'rider friendly' roads around houston... it has the fayetteville roads as well.. i just cant remember which section it is in..probably the videos and pics section
ill try to make it out but ya never know how friday night is gonna go....might not be feeling up to it :BangHead:

It was a standard mount to begin with. They just modified the mid pipe to make it into a high mount.

BTW what was the probelm?
kickstand swtich or something like that. MU figured it out. That was the last thing i would of thought the problem would be. I geuss casue i half ass when i put the chrome kickstand on. I only left some tape on it so prob messed it up somehow. Oh well..
great ride today fellas...it was nice meeting all of ya, sorry you had to wait for me but i appreciate you guys waiting up, lets do it again next week :icon_thum

i had a great time. great roads! except for the occasional road kill, i came about 1 inch from hitting. lol. ill be down for next weekend unless something comes up.

with my bike when you put the kick stand down it shuts the bike off. I guess somehow under hard accelration the switch moved around casuing the bike shut on an off.

thats pretty scary considering your bike was turning on/off. lucky the back wheel never locked up.

the back wheel wont lock up. it may, if you stall out the bike but thats in 1st gear.
