This post is for saturday a twisties ride. I miss the good old days when we rode twisties in nice weather for a spiritual ride. Lately, its been too much stunting. Whose down for some leans and turns, of course at your ability and not too far above of breaking the law. Still got to respect the regular pedestrians out there on those roads that deserve to drive normally in their cars without having to fear bikers acting stupidly and thinking they own the road. Can do something liek crab to racer to that 290 place

Man Hai..you read my mind. I have been getting away from the twisties and been doing nothing but pose/stunt. That shit gets old fast. Its been so routine that it is actually boring. I got the bike mainly to ride the curves but all the "original Twisties crew" have fallen off the earth and don't get together anymore. :ehh: PP1 to ASI just doesn't cut it for me anymore. It seems to attract a crowd that is in it for one thing and that is to ride wrecklessly and put others in danger. Cops are also hassling us pretty much everytime now. I say we take a nice cruise to the twisties and just enjoy the ride.

With that said.. I'm down!! :nod:

Naw man... don't take it that way at all please. I have seen what 20+ bikes look like at the twisties and it is not fun. Remeber the other night at PP1 with 40+ bikes? Think of that many people trying to go through turns at 80mph+. Different riding levels mixed up in turns = no fun.

If you are coming down 59S take the Highway 90 exit (after kirkwood) and make a U-turn underneath the freeway. Hooters will be on your right hand side next to China Bear and Ihop.

Cause i can learn tricks like it aint no thing but learning to finesse (sp?) them is a total different ball game and takes time. Im coming along alittle bit more now tho. The new bike should be here soon also..

Well, I knew we were'nt gonna just "cruise", at least not me, but some of you guys took off like a bat outta hell, passing cars through corners and what not. Just kinda aggressive for what was originally suppossed to be a just a chilled out ride. It's all good though, thats why I stay in the rear with the gear.
