Hey guys, ive figured out how ime going to pay for a bike and my dad wants me to get the license and take the class first, so i really dont know what to ask but can you give me info on getting my license and how to study for and take it please, and were to sign up for msf!?

take it first, and you will get an idea of what you want after. And the instructors can help you out in that area as well.

Definitely take the course BEFORE you buy the bike.

Incorrect.

If you are 18 or over, you do not need a motorcycle license or car license of any kind.

If you are under 18, you must have a learner's permit or driver's license for a car in order to take the BRC.

Yeah, I'm no expert... but if you're 18 and don't have a car, why would you need a car license... if you're only mode of transportation was going to be a motorcycle, then you should be able to just go get a motorcycle license once you are of legal age.


(Glad Challen had already verified this before I spoke up, though. :keke: )

And yes... once you take the Basic Riding Course... go the following Monday or Tuesday and take the test. It will be a breeze if you paid attention in class. :thumb:
