Job Description for Air Monitoring Field Technician
Envirotest, Ltd. is a full service environmental consulting company committed to providing high quality, cost-effective evaluation, management and mitigation of environmental risk. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated people to join our team as Air Monitoring Field Technicians.
This position will be responsible for conducting air monitoring for asbestos abatement projects. Additional tasks include sampling for hazardous materials, conducting air monitoring, writing close out reports. Other responsibilities may include tasks associated with asbestos, lead-based paint, and indoor air quality (mold). Various positions are available in Houston, Corpus Christi,
and the Port Arthur/Beaumont area.
Requirements: Use equipment properly and follow the safety features/operating procedures. Wear applicable personal protective equipment. Follow applicable safety, quality, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures. This position will require the ability to lift up to
50 lbs. We will provide company paid training.
