Yamaha GMT94 Truck Theft Disaster - Bikes and Spares Stolen - Yamaha Austria Step in to Help 2004 World Endurance Champions...
This just in from Yamaha Austria team manager Mandy Kainz:
"On Monday night, Yamaha GMT94 lost all their equipment and most of their bikes after someone broke into their truck. Everything was stolen except one bike and some fairings; they didn't even have a single spare clip-on.
"Their only chance to participate at the Bol d'Or was to use YART's bikes and equipment, so both our bikes - with all their spare parts, ready for Vallelunga - were shipped to Magny Cours yesterday evening, straight from Austria. The bikes arrived this morning with two of our mechanics. Now nothing can stop GMT94 winning!"
