Hello Team:
My Company is looking to fill a position for an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst.
They want a person with good experience troubleshooting: Windows XP issues, MS-Office (mostly Outlook issues), printers, Blackberrys, excellent customer service skills. Support is provided in a Corporate environment and remote support for overseas customers. The salary is in the upper $50's.
The only caveat is that you need to wear "business casual" attire.
Send me your resumes at:

They are still looking. I do not have access to what resumes has the HR department consider a good fit, They are the first filter and they normally conduct a phone interview, if everything goes fine they send the resume to IT management, if they like what they see, they call you for an interview, the last 3 candidates are called for a technical interview (panel type), several members from the different IT departments sit in front of you and start asking technical questions, the candidate with the highest score is the one that gets hired.
