Is this a good deal on an XR50?

It's a 2002 XR50 has street tires on it. Runs/rides. Aftermarket cdi box and coil/plug wires. Still has the key on it. No title. He was asking $800 but he told me he'd take $650 cash today. Worth it?

Decent price. Just make sure that the forks aren't bent. Check the rear shock and spokes too. The stock shock will not take too much abuse from an adult rider.

Newbie here, but I paid $750 for mine. And it had a 88 kit on it, bigger carb, complete BBR handle bar set and it was a CRF 50. I've since added a solid black Big Gun exhaust on it. And I would sell it for $700 if I was selling it......
