Posting a suzuki bandit for a friend

make/model: suzuki gsf600-s bandit
year: 2000
apx milage:14,500
odomoter reading: 18,000
asking price $2,400 obo
VIN# JS1GN7AA7Y2101319

The bluebook on the bike is 3250 with 19k+ miles in excellent condition with fairings and no big bike damage....this bike has a few scratches on the tank (nothing that couldnt be buffed out) and scratches on the rear fender. It has no front fairings, seeing how it is a naked bike, doesnt look bad without them.
It is a great beginner bike or a very good upgrade from a 250 or 500.

Mods:
The bike has had a new rk chain and biggest front and rear sprocket you can get, installed at about 10,000 miles.
Tires still have about 70% tred, fairly new.
The bike also has an aftermarket windscreen and handgrips.

Maintainance:
It has had the oil changed about every 2k miles.
The sparkplugs have been replaced.
F&R brake pads have been changed.

Cons:
The bike has been laid down no faster then 10 mph and only in a parking lot. The other time it was laid over was when it fell over due to the kickstand not being all the way down.

The bike reads 18k+ miles but it is due to the sprocket. The milage and mph gauge are off, but will provide the stock sprockets if buyer wants them.

$320 for the new OEM fairings
$70 the rear brake lever, it is still functional but the end is broken. Has been ridden like this for quite a while.
$100 new rear fender

He is asking 2,400. The title is clean and insurance is cheap. It is a cheap way around now that gas prices are so high.

The bike is located in Clear Lake. Anytime you want to come see it just email me at ryancoyne@yahoo.com and we will set something up. The bike is ridden almost daily and has never had ANY mechanical problems WHATSOEVER. The frame is perfect. The lay downs this bike went through were very minor, the fairings were taken off to be repainted since they got scratched. They were stolen and the owner decided he liked how the bike looked w/o the fairings and never felt the need to replace them.
