Can anyone tell me if I can exit 45 onto Fannin or San Jacinto St? I can't remember, and I'm trying to map out the easiest way to the courthouse in the morning (have jury duty). Thanks!

What court house is it? P.S sorry to hear your misfortune but, on the bright side you'll get an $8 for your time. :keke:

The one at 1019 Congress St. I'm coming up 45N, and the directions from Yahoo seem a wee bit excessive. I don't know if it's because. . .well, I dunno. Gawd, I hate driving around Houston. :er:

can't remember the exit...stay on the elevated and when you go down under the overpass take the immediate right hand exit and then stay straight.

I have a very bad memory but, does it say on your card what court house to go to. If so I can get you directions with references and email them to you

Thanks HDuc, I'm going to go ahead and just use the "long" route. I know the exits are safe, and it'll only add another 7 or 8 minutes to the trip.
Have I mentioned how much I hate, no loathe, driving around in Houston? :er: :D

Oh take a good book and some walking shoes because you might have to walk to a different court room through downtown. I know I did.

Check.
I've got my backpack loaded with bananas, books, hand lotion, sodas wrapped in foil, two magazines, one water bottle, journal, 3 pens (in case one breaks), breath strips, cash to pay for parking, hand sanitizer and court summons. I should be ready to face anything that comes at me today.
