I just stole a 65 and an 85 and I'm trying to figure out where to start... I'm making both into 'tards.
Any suggestions or cool ideas?

there really isn't a whole lot that "needs" to be done to em for tardin other than the wheels, (which are the obvious) brake upgrades and suspension upgrades would be recommended. other than that, it really depends on your "true" intentions of the bikes.

these can be set up similarly for a lot less tho, with the help of a few local sources such as M-U and a couple other area retail shops. Patrick can make custom brake lines, get your needed wheels. for the 65 you should only need to buy a front wheel with spoke kit, tires, and that thing should be ready to rock..
the 85 on the other hand will need a little more time, parts, and money to get ready but, can def. be done in a reasonable amount of time. if you need any help feel free to pm me for any info i can offer, there aren't a whole lot of internet resources for the parts to build the 85, not that i've found anyway.
