we already do our part, we carpool (though she takes the rail pass the dome on fri's, not sure i like that) HOV, ride bikes, have 2 cars that get 30+mpg..........

unfortunately there is nothing I can do.. I'm in Sales, so I am driving all the time to meetings...

so far, the cheapest gas station that I know of in the Galleria area is at Gessner @ Westheimer "Wild West" gas station or something..

ive been tring to accelerate slower and not go as fast in my v8 explorer but i dont see much of a difference. i still only get like 14-17 miles a gallon depending on how much hwy driving im doing. today i used 14$ worth of gas driving from my house, to school, home, to work, and back home!!!

My manager did the smart thing, he has a huge offshore boat that he keeps at a storage lot. Anyway he filled his boat up when gas prices were cheap now everytime he needs gas he goes and syphines gas out of the boat to the car.

definately help the ones that need it.. as far as the looters, mabye sniping a couple would help decrease the crime rate there
