After some convincing from robopath, I went out and bought a bike yesterday. It is a 2001 suzuki sv650s. A 35 year old scientist woman owned it, and in the 4 years she had it only put 2000 miles on it. It was started for the first time yesterday after sitting in her garrage for a year. Besides a very much needed tune up and oil change, what else do I need get done

Since my bike was sitting for so long, the carbs are all clogged up.. Should I get somebody to do this for me, or just clean them myself? Also does that carb cleaner you pour in your gas tank work?
