dude, I love ramond drekker (decker ?) that guy's muay thai is AWESOME. we do some of his drills, his left low kick is a sneaky mofo. I have been wanting to call you to come work with us, but my work schedule has screwed up our training times. it's been sporadic and varies from 4p to 7p. good thing my main kid is in his first year of college, he has timeon his hands. we bought that bas 7 cd training vids the other day. now that's fun!

Yeah he found Duane Ludwig in K1 and lost via ankle lock, thing is, he took the fight on short notice (I'm talking a matter of "days")...he's definitely a striker so he should've waited and gotten introduced to the ground game b4 taking a fight against a well-rounded fighter like Bang...

Hell yeah, Mike was a beast...and he went to the body like a madman Cus D'Amato is one of the great trainers of boxing history, he's gotta take some of that credit because w/o him, Mike woulda been just another slugger- Cus made him a boxer...

some of my fav KOs...

Yves Edwards v Josh Thompson - Awesome thing about this is had Thompson landed his backhand before Edwards' kick, it might have been the opposite result. The timing was awesome
