I'm not impressed with the Matsui pick up. We'll see if it all works out for them.

I cant wait till the season starts, the Yankees series is gonna be a hot ticket!

It's a start in the right direction... I'm glad I wont be seeing AE all season. Yes his defense is better than tejada but he is almost an instant out at the bottom of the lineup. Only person we gave up that sucks is patton, glad we didn't have to give up pence.

We'll pick up another pitcher....we have to or you're right. Won't mean much if we dont have pitching. I think the lineup is set tho.

I still think burke is going to get traded somewhere... hopefully for some pitching.

Nice, but why is it that the astros only pick up the big name guys when they hit their 30s?

I do like that they are doing *SOMETHING* though. Between Tejada and Matsui, I may have to start watching 'em again.

Chris Burke is one of my fav players, i hope we don't loose him. I'm not counting on anything from the Stros this next season, but i hope we can pull it together and learn to play without Biggio

he is prob gone, only thing that might save him is he can play outfield, we have Blum and Loretta on the bench. Burke had his shot enough times to step up and do something, hopefully he is in a package for some pitching.

Link doesn't tell me much other than it is a sports illustrated, cnn article. But the article it directs me to is a good one. :thumb: Scott is a good character.
