Cliff, I will probably be working on it next weekend if I dont get as much done today and tomorrow as I hope to. I would love to go to Last Man Standing, but again this year I may miss it. I have been trying to go to that for the past 2 years. :) Let me know when you are available to go and I will see when I am going out to work on the track. If you want to, plan on attending the event. :)

Come one Come all.... Weather should be perfect. Course seems to be a nice mix and just needs a little drying out but that should happen. Skull Creek is only about an hour and 15 minutes or so from Houston, just south of Columbus, TX . Bring a tent and camp out sat night, or show up sunday morning if you like. Theres a grocery store not far down the road.
See ya there.

I should be able to goto this event. I have my company Christmas party that evening, so I may need to goto that a bit dirty.
This weekend is pretty booked for me, though, so I don't know how much help I'd be. But I'd love to make it to the enduro. Hopefully I can convince a few others to come with me.

I was able to switch my work schedule around to another shift... so I'll be out there!
Anyone know if the membership is still going to be $40, since this is the last race of the season?!?!

i was planning on dumping the $40. That's pretty cheap for a membership and entry fees anyhow.
I'll call Vaughn a little later on and see if the $40 is good until Dec. 16, 2008 (full year from signup).

No doubt... still a ton cheaper than membership to CMRA or WERA, but it would still be nice if they offered a one day membership for this event.

Cliff... are you for sure going? If so, maybe we can try and plan to pit together.

Just looked over the event flyer... the $40 is for membership and race entry fee. So membership is only $20.

yep. I kinda have the pretty half convinced into camping too, as long as we can bring our two dogs.

Roger...
Don't think we're going to cmap out, so we'll just be out there bright and early Sunday morning.
I'll PM you my cell number, and we'll try to meet up.

Well, membership is usually 40 bucks a year. If you sign up as a new member at the race, you get the race free. Its a non profit motorcycle club and all the money goes into motorcycling so its all a good cause anyway. :) Membership usually is good thru the end of the year... not sure what they are doing for this one. I would come and sign up for 08 if you can. I can get some more info for you if you like. :)

Nah... I think I'm good for now, but thanks.
Not to change the subject, but do you know when TRH is going to come out with the 2008 schedule?

Race postponed this weekend. The extra rain we got later in the week just kinda washed out the race. Look for news on a re schedule. I believe the word is it may be Jan 13th.
Thanks,
Vaughn
