heres everything else i have to say about it:
painted the fairings yellow(wet sanded before painting for greater adhesion) yeah they have a few cracks but nothing really noticable unless youre up close-its an old bike destined to be a track whore.
put new grips on it, broke the choke switch in the process so bought a COMPLETE CONTROL UNIT to replace it (all plug and play for this model) havent had time to install it-but will go with bike. was $30 and it just came in saturday.
it needs a front tire so? as it is not registered i wouldnt ride it on the street were i you anyhow-bring a trailer to pickup
has yoshi exhaust and stage 2 jet kit, scratches on can rear end but in no way affects performance. 32k miles, previous owner says motor was rebuilt within last 10k....from the sound of it, i totally believe him. shifts just fine and accelerates like a bat outta hell.
battery may be dead from sitting 3 weeks but otherwise has no problem holding a charge.
frame and forks are straight as an arrow with no issues. never been in a wreck per say but has been lowsided a few times with nothing more than plastic damage resulting.
new shark skins gp tail-painted yellow.
bike starts and runs with no problem when jumped. like i said, needs a tire...put it on the track, have fun

i have a title company that will handle getting you a title for $250 or you can just put it on the track and not worry about it. bike was last registered for street use in 1994 (but has been ridden on the street a good few times since then)
