View Full Version : RideSmart Track Day Sep. 5th. Any new track newbies wanna go?
How many new track newbies are going to TWS on Sept. 5th?
http://www.ridesmart.info/
I have never been to the track and was thinking of signing up as a beginner of course.* I don't want to push it especially with the R1.* I just want to get on, try it for the first time, and take it slow. Everyone claims it is addicting! If so, I may be looking for a track bike soon.
Anyways,* who all is going to this? I may be signing up tomorrow depending on my work and travel schedule.*
Anyone have a trailer that can help me bring my bike there?

whats up man me and two other friends are heading up there for that . it's the first time for 2 of us and the other has been once. and well we are thinking of just riding up there cause we can't find a trailer either. or we were just going to put them on 2 trucks.

theres a sign up list in the racers section with all the new peeps goignt his track day. im suprised it hasnt got full yet but they usually are full by now.
LSTD is more tight about how many riders can ride and ridesmart registration usually ends a few days after the event, lol

here is another noob planning on doing the 5thSept TWS track day. I got no truck or trailer either, I talked to Scorpio and will probably just hitch a ride on his truck, unless the option of riding to TWS is feasible.
What are you guyz doing about suit and boots and stuff? Renting them/buying them/already have them? I am kinda confused as of now.

Yeah guys, check out the Ridesmart thread in the Racers lounge. We all will be trying to meet up and hang out in the same padock. Plus this will let you talk to some guys who have been around the track a few times and get some good tips. I have been suggesting getting your body position down first... and there is no better place then getting this down while the bike is stationary in the padock. :icon_thumright:
