are there any rugby organizations in houston? oh yeah that will let just whoever try out w/o being a member or student of something?

contact Flying Scot here on the board. He runs a club team out of some college here in town and I think he coaches a rugby team as well. I'm sure he'd love to have you come out.

i was on there for a while until i got the shit knocked out of me. they practice on mondays and wednesdays from 730 to 930

they have a game at UT on saturday

oh, and you dont have to be a student but need to register with rugby USA in order to play

I will PM you a guys myspace to contact him. he's a big time rugby player. I will also send you my high school rugby coaches myspace as well, he's a big time rugby guy too!!

There is a team practice at UHCL-I think they practice Wed. and they are definitely not all students.

That would be the Bay Area guys... I've been out there a few times with em... I'm nowhere near in-shape to keep up with em.
