what weight rider is it setup for? what condition is the motor in?

The bike has never been raced. It has only seen one motard track day. I bought it from a friend that rode dirt with it. He said that the motor only has about 2 hours on a fresh top end build. I bought the bike for my son and it is just too much for him. We are looking to downsize to a 65.
