what happened ?


From what I was told, some guy f'ed up and was going to fast and didnt hit the brakes in time and plowed head first into that steel gate. While the steel gate was badly damaged.......I think it won.

The gate was badly damaged had to be replaced, I think the guys head won that battle but the gate won the second battle in not staling us from coming back. I don’t think he is suing he said he was cool with it. That his brakes gave out while trying to do a stoppie. A tropper if you saw the damage made to the fence.

I agree with this part but I was getting better at it.

sounds like management needs to get there shit together before they have a bunch of bikers doing stunts in there parking lot. he should have expected something like that to happen. this is why you have a waiver. if management did there job, then it should already be known who's liable for the fence. i don't know, but this has bad management written all over it. it died cuase of that. hopefully this will blow over and everything turns out ok.

also, i didn't see the accident or the fence, but if somebody ran into an iron fence, thats gotta hurt now matter which way you slice it. hope your doing ok whoever that was. :icon_thumright:

no someone was stunting a 50 there brakes went out on them while they were rollin a stoppie and there head hit the fence. The way i saw it the fence wasnt put up that well to begin with.
