I have a black helmet and a black mesh jacket.
I bought them when I bought my bike, at that time I didn't think about being seen...
But now I feel so invisible* to car drivers...
Any suggestions on how to make them more visibles?* :dontknow:

Get your bike lit up with LED's, buy a bunch of reflective pro rim tape, and be like this guy....it actually looks pretty cool http://img31.imagevenue.com/loc228/th_4ad_gixxer.jpg (http://img31.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc228&image=4ad_gixxer.jpg)...click for a bigger pic

Sometimes if I'm going to be riding for long periods of time at night I use one of those "Fluorescent-lime green" reflective vests over the jacket, like the ones used by the road construction crews. They are kinda thin and fold very easy for storage.

I use black reflective tape on my black lid.* Inexpensive through Parts Unlimited ($2-3.)

These guys make vests that aren't the everyday variety.* They are sturdy, have an easy (even for gloved hands) zipper.* I use their red-white-blue and flag vest.

I'd rather duct tape a broken car reflector to my jacket then wear that...
