i pulled up to a $20 place and offered $5 to park in a unused tiny spot, 1 finally agreed. parked across the street from the stadium for $5. :)

on chartres, between capitol and congress, underneath 59 is where all the bikes park. Not sure if its bike specific parking, but I alwys see them park there. stadium is across the street.
