Who here plays Halo (and Im talking about Halo 1...not the gay game Halo 2...haha). I ask because back in College Station there were a shitload of addicted freaks (me being one of them) and we would have 6v6 or 7v7 at peoples apartments. But then again we almost always played CTF Blood Gulch. haha.

^ man, i used to play that all the time. then, my xbox took a shit on me. it only turns on when it wants to. since then i haven't played much.

not me I play PC games.......... EvE Online for 2 years now, WoW since open Beta and, BF 1942 Desert Combat never really got into Console games guess they just aren't in-depth enough for me.

I used to play H1 professionally.. Professional?!?!@?@ yeah you'll be supprised how much money tourney's dished out for halo 1. I used to travel a lot just to play in tourney with good pay out. The biggest tourney was in newyork about 2yrs ago for $500,000. To bad my team didn't win.

You know they are bringing back the orginal pistol from H1 to H2? The pistol was really the only weapon you ever needed but.. thing is in H2 it's not goign to be a weapon everyon can obtain easily. It'll be like the rockets , 1 per level.

I'm happy about the pistol.. but what i really want to return is the impact and dmg that the melee attack did. H2 melee is pitiful.

I still play on xbconnect from time to time but that shit lags. I was always thinken that if the re-did Halo1 with xbox live capability and sold it as a special edition, they would make a crapload of money. I know Id buy Halo 1 all over again in order to play that online.
