Suomy replacement cheek pads ...

Thinking of replacing my Suomy Vandal cheek pads ... but have no clue what size are already in there. Is it pretty much one for one? If I have a medium helmet, then I have the med cheekpads?

Suomy offers different size cheek pads, are yours too tight or too loose?

too tight in the cheeks ... like I'm 12 again and all my aunts are squeezing my cheeks together everytime they see me. Everywhere else fits like a glove. I was thinking perhaps getting the small cheek pads ... but in reality, I probably should give this helmet a couple more weeks to get really broken in first huh?
