Best way to do it to a coworker or someone you don't know as well as a close friend, get a magnet, a spare car horn, and a trailer hitch connector. That way, you plug it into their trailer connector, and magnetically stick the horn up underneath. No splicing, no permanent damage.
Did this to a boss once on April fools.

Do you also roll through every intersection too? Unless you have an engine with no torque, you're still going to have 3 -4 mph of speed after your done engine braking.
