for 6k its about right, i dont' think thats the 620 in the picture posted. i belive thats the "Sr" monster model becuase fot he single side swing arm and the exhaust. also i am not sure about the colormatched frame for 620.i could be wrong. how ever my cousin in law has an older modle a 2000 monster 600. or an 01 forgot which year. its sounds nice and i like the looks. but you have to remember its not a supersports bike. its not fun when you crusing around town with other jap inlines, well at least it wasn't for me since i always had to gas it to catch up and the pace of the group wasn't too fast. don't knor if an extra 20 cc would help in this model.

Is that the OTD price ..??? I guess no...The MSRP for that bike is $6,595 + $595 of Setup & Service that most Ducati dealerships charge, that makes for a $7190 total MSRP.

I guess if he can get the bike for $6000 OTD is a fair deal.

yea just buy it. zapata picutre is the "dark 620" model which is sweet and cheaper too i believe then the 620. so 6000 is a good deal for the duke with 2 years warrenty.

True...true...The Monster model is a classic...I agree, just buy it, also the new engines since 2003 are very realiable.

I'm sorry but the 620 is gutless. it's alot slower than a sv650 not if it was the s4 (first bike posted) that thing is the business it has a 916 moter in it so of course it's potent.

What I like about Jap bikes is that parts are cheaper than the Italian bikes..that's also something to take on mind...even the aftermarket parts and accesories are more enpensive just becuase is made for Ducati.
