So I need a new helmet, and I know which fit pretty well, but, I am not enamored with the designs on them, and I already have a plain jane modular helmet for day to day. What I would like is one for when I go cruising/riding, but with a little flair and originality. I have some ideas, but not sure where to go to get them into reality.
Short story long, Anyone know a good place to get a helmet painted/airbrushed?

I'm getting one custom airbrushed with what I want on it. Thats one way to go.
I will let you know how it comes out when its done. Its going to be A LOT of free hand so i'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!

But House of Pain on here can do some awesome things. You might want to pm him and see whats up.
I know if I get tired of my design I will bring it to him to get done. LOL

I was thinking of doing an airbrush on one of my helmets as well. Anyone have one for a while now that can tell us how the color holds up to time and weather? I'm pretty sure they clearcoat them after they brush 'em but then if it does eventually fade there would be no way to touch it up, correct? Let's see those pics rubber, it sounds sick!

That depends on the paint they use. I use House of Color which is better paint then the body shops use to repair cars.

well what are you wanting to do? Any type of style?
For mine I am doing a few designs that I would tatt on my body. But since I won't tatt my body i'm doing them on my lid.

it a blue helmet... I want a bright yellow cross on the back, and other than that I just want some small tribal or design to break up the plain-jane monotone look...
