I hate THIEVES!!!

A good friend of mine back home had his house broken into yesterday.
Luckily they caught the scum bag. Actually it was a buddy of his who has previously been in trouble with the law in the past.
I had met the guy awhile back and didn't get a good feeling about him. After I found out that he had multiple felony convictions, I cautioned him about trusting the guy. At the time he made light of it, but now thinks maybe he should have been more wary of the guy.
Don't get me wrong, I believe most people deserve a second chance, but when someone repeatedly shows their willingness to commit a crime I don't think they'll change much. What's your opinion?

i agree with you 100%, second chances should be warranted to everyone but when you keep on you deserve to get your ass handed to you.. sorry to hear about the trouble your freind had,,.

while the 2nd chance is a good idea, i am not sure how i feel about it, after all ignorance of the law and knowing right from wrong is a direct result of upbringing. and anyone intelligent enough to commit crimes usually do know whats right and what isn't........... glad to hear scumbag was caught :)

Now here's the kicker, after further investigation it turns out he had I.D.s made of himself with other peoples identity, ( my friends included) and had credit cards he was scamming with. Like I said;
Once a thief, always a thief!
